Lifetime Frame Kit Warranty
Pardus Europe S.r.l. offers a lifetime commercial warranty on the frame kit to the original owner. This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or limit, the consumer’s statutory legal warranty rights under applicable law.

Pardus Europe S.r.l. offers a lifetime commercial warranty on the frame kit to the original owner. This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or limit, the consumer’s statutory legal warranty rights under applicable law.
The duration, consumer rights and warranty procedures are governed by the legislation in force in the relevant country.
This commercial warranty is valid only within European countries.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
The commercial warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of components and finishes.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, discoloration or paint chips that do not affect the structural integrity of the product.
- Damage caused by accidents, crashes, impacts or other external events.
- Improper, negligent or unintended use of the bicycle.
- Lack of maintenance or improper maintenance.
- Repairs, modifications or alterations carried out by unauthorized personnel or using unsuitable components.
- Installation of accessories or components incompatible with the manufacturer’s specifications.
- Use of the bicycle for disciplines or conditions for which the model was not designed.
- Commercial use, rental services, bike sharing or any professional use unless otherwise authorized in writing by the manufacturer.
- Damage resulting from transportation, improper storage or natural disasters.
- Corrosion, oxidation or deterioration caused by weather conditions, chemical substances or particularly aggressive environments.
- Products with altered, removed, illegible or tampered frame serial numbers.
- Bicycles purchased second-hand or from unauthorized dealers where the commercial warranty is reserved for the original owner.
- Defects resulting from unauthorized repairs or the use of non-original spare parts when such actions have caused or contributed to the damage.
This commercial warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship of the frame kit. It does not cover routine maintenance, adjustments or replacement of normal wear components.
Pardus Europe S.r.l. will repair or replace defective components up to a maximum value equal to the original purchase price of the product.
Replacement of any component does not extend or renew the warranty period.
Warranty Procedure
To activate the manufacturer’s commercial warranty, the purchaser must register the bicycle within 15 days of the purchase date by completing the warranty registration form with accurate and complete information.
Any warranty claim must be submitted exclusively through the authorized dealer from whom the bicycle was purchased.
The purchaser must inform the dealer of the defect and make the bicycle available for inspection, providing:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Confirmation of warranty registration.
